I did not post this video to showcase this woman's horrible freak out, but rather to applaud the gentlemen that got up to help her out. These guys were clearly not airline staff, just passengers that knew they could do something to keep everyone (including the woman freaking out) safe. They were not cruel w words or forceful w their actions. It was nice to see along w picking up a camera to record someone's distress, there are still people willing to get up and help.
