Queen Latifah, Wyclef Jean, Fetty Wap & More To Perform NJ Tribute At VMAs

MTV is doing the most to make sure that the upcoming 2019 VMAs pay homage to the state that they’re being held in: New Jersey.

On Friday (August 23), the network announced that several hip-hop titans will band together at the Prudential Center for a "collaborative performance" to honor their home state. As the closing set of the evening, the network has recruited Queen Latifah, Naughty by Nature, Redman, Fetty Wap and Wyclef Jean for the number, marking yet another moment the show has planned to honor the Garden State.

Among the other performances for the evening include opener Taylor Swift, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, Jonas Brothers, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, Bad Bunny, J Balvin, Rosalía, Big Sean featuring A$AP Ferg, H.E.R., Normani and Ozuna.

On the presenters' front, John Travolta, Lenny Kravitz, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jonathan Van Ness, Keke Palmer, Lindsey Vonn, Rick Ross, Salt-N-Pepa and Ice-T are scheduled to hit the stage. Scroll on below to review the nominees for this year's ceremony!
