Killer Heat Coming To Miami By The Middle Of The Century

If you think the heat is on in South Florida this summer, strap in it's going to be a long ride. A new climate-change report by the Union of Concerned Scientists says in the next 2 decades, Miami could go from a couple weeks a year that feel like 100 degrees to nearly 4 months of scorching hot temperatures. Scientist Astrid Caldas says the entire state will get hotter as well. She says the only way to make this better is to reduce emissions. The heat can lead to all kinds of health issues from mental to heart-to-lung problems.
