Police have arrested a Sarasota man they say has been duping patients for years.
Dr. Philip Nikao told people he had decades of experience and worked with people such as Rudy Giuliani and Margaret Thatcher, telling people he had a doctorate and specialized in treating people with drug, food or sex addictions.
However, police identified the man as 43-year-old Phillip Stutzman, and say he's a fraud.
Stutzman has been charged with a number of felonies after three separate women spoke with Sarasota police about him and some of his odd behavior.
Police say he has been posing as a doctor or at least three years.
