TAMPA -- 85 people are facing charges in a human trafficking sting in Hillsborough County.
Hillsborough Sheriff Chad Chronister says "Operation Trade Secrets" uncovered not only trafficking, but other crimes such as unlawful possession of a firearm and counterfeit currency, and possession of child pornography.
Chronister says he's trying to send the message that despite the proliferation of strip clubs around Tampa, his jurisdiction has "zero tolerance" for human trafficking and sex trafficking.
Chronister says the crackdown will continue as Tampa gets ready to host events including next year's Wrestlemania and a Super Bowl in 2021.
