A Judge Could Schedule A Trial For New England Patriots Owner Robert Kraft

Robert Kraft's attorneys are expected to be in a Palm Beach courtroom today and a trial date may be set. Odds of the New England Patriot's owner showing up are slim to none. WIOD legal analyst Mark Eiglarsh says he never has his clients show up for misdemeanor cases. Kraft has pleaded not guilty to soliciting prostitution at a Jupiter day spa. A judge has ruled surveillance video of him in a private massage room will not be allowed to be used as evidence at trial. The prosecution is appealing that ruling.
